At Innovation RC, we work with a network of manufacturers and distributors to supply high-quality RC products. Because many of our items ship directly from authorized suppliers, return eligibility and procedures may vary depending on the original vendor.

Vendor-Based Returns

Returns for products purchased from Innovation RC are handled according to the return policy of the original manufacturer or distributor that supplied the item.

This means:

  • Return windows, eligibility, and restocking fees may vary depending on the product brand or supplier.

  • Vendors require returns to be shipped directly to their facility rather than to Innovation RC.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable once opened or used, depending on vendor policies.

Defective/ Damaged Items Return/Exchange:

If your package was damaged during transit, please contact us at jasmine@chinahobbyline.com immediately within 48 hours of receiving your package included with a clear photo or video of the product that can state the issue.

Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. In some cases, we will request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us. We may also require photos of damaged packages or parts for inspection purposes. Photos of damaged goods will help in expediting the process and providing a better resolution.

Changing orders after payment

If you need to make any changes on your order, please contact jasmine@chinahobbyline.com or messenger. The order can be be changed if the order is not shipped out.

Depending on the situation, we may ask that the package be returned back to us, or we may change the order. A 30% Restocking Fee may apply.

General Return Policy

We try our best to provide a satisfactory shopping experience on chinahobbyline.com. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we can accept your return within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions and guidelines:

  1. The product(s) must have been purchased directly from Chinahobbyline.com and have never been used. The returned product (s) must be in new condition with the original packaging.
  2. Unless the item is damaged ,defective as a result of manufacturer's defect or wrong items was sent, customers will have to bear the shipping costs for the return.
  3. A 30% Restocking Fee will apply on returns that are not related to the quality of the product or if the customer ordered the wrong item.
  4. Your refund will be issued in the original method of your purchase.
  5. The package is not timely receipt and returned to our warehouse, or you filled out the wrong address for pickup, you can choose your order to be sent out for another time and you will have to bear the postage. Alternatively, you can request a refund. A 30% Restocking Fee may apply in this situation.

  • Contact us for the return address
  • Return the original package including any gift with the order.
  • Send the return tracking# to our email address: Jasmine@chinahobbyline.com
  • Refund or exchange will be processed after the return package is received and confirmed.

Just Bash It RC and PPS RC

If you need to return a purchase, you have fifteen (15) calendar days from the date you received your shipment.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when the item was received.  Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  Items in used condition are NOT eligible for return/refund.  Due to the nature of the use of our products, items used are also not eligible for warranty consideration.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping charges for your order are nonrefundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping, return shipping, and payment processing fees (Credit Card/Paypal) will be deducted from your refund.

Powerhobby

We will accept any New and Unused products for refund within 30 days from purchase.

Return authorization is required on all returns. To initiate a return authorization, please get in touch with us at support@powerhobby.com

The merchandise must be in new and unused condition in its original packaging.

Mounting and running fuel through a model engine, installing radio parts in a model, installing software, or discarding the packing material and products with physical damage are a few examples of what constitutes used merchandise.

There is no restocking fee for qualified returns.

Island Hobby Nut

Returning Merchandise to Island hobby nut.

Island hobby Nut strives to make our customers happy with every purchase, however in circumstances where that is not possible we ask that you follow the procedures outlined below:

Prior to returning merchandise to us for any reason, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA). You may obtain a Return Authorization by submitting the form to us. The end of Our Customer Service representatives are available and happy to help at 1 646-560-0909. After your items have been approved, you will receive an RA number and packing list. Return Authorizations are valid for a period of 7 days from date of issue and must be post marked accordingly. Any items returned to IHN without an RA number, expired RA number, or which do meet these guidelines will be refused or returned at customer’s expense. If the customer fails to respond within 30 days of a denial for any reason, the items may be disposed of at IHN discretion. When contacting us, please have the order number, reason for return, and return quantity available. Upon approval, you will receive a RA number along with a detailed list of the merchandise authorized to be returned.

Only return merchandise that has been authorized, otherwise it will be immediately returned at your expense. Clearly print the RA number on the outside of the shipping box, and include a copy of the RA paperwork we sent you in the box. Items should be packed with care and protected against damage in transit, allowing your return to be completely processed in a timely manner.

Items damaged during return shipping will be considered ineligible for return. A call tag may be issued at IHN Distributing’s sole discretion. You are solely responsible for shipping any return in compliance with all applicable legal or regulatory requirements. No defective merchandise will be accepted 30 days after its order date, unless otherwise covered. All defective are subject to the terms of their manufacturer’s warranty programs.


PLEASE NOTE:
IHN cannot accept returns on batteries of any type which are damaged or have not been properly discharged.

Damaged or Missing Items Damaged shipments or shortages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. If you suspect that there is damage to your shipment, you should refuse the delivery and contact Customer Service to resolve the issue. Please document and save any damaged boxes, or contact your local carrier’s field office to have an official inspection done.

The packaging must be available for inspection in order to submit a claim with the carrier. If there are damaged items resulting from a packing error, please photo document the shipping box and how the items were packed in the box.

Returns of New and Unused Merchandise for Credit Items being returned to stock for credit must have been invoiced within the last 30 days to be considered for eligibility.

Eligibility for return credit on items such as these will be at the sole discretion of IHN. Items received under a Return Authorization to be restocked for credit must be in new, sealed, and unmarred condition to qualify.

Merchandise being restocked for credit is subject to a base 10% restocking fee. Up to an additional 10% will be added to the base restocking fee for items requiring processing (sticker or adhesive removal, etc.) prior to being returned to our stock. Items which do not meet these guidelines or which were returned without an RA number are subject to a 15% handling fee and will be returned to you at your expense. Items marked SOP (special order product) are not eligible

Defective Merchandise (Distributed Brands) Most items are considered to be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty once sold to your customer and leave the store. These items are not possible to return to ISLAND HOBBY NUT and must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. However, we will do our best to assist you in cases where the item may be defective “out of the package” prior to leaving your store. IHN Customer Service staff is ready and available to serve you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Some vendors may charge restocking fees, which will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or installed RC components

  • Batteries that have been charged or used

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or special-order parts
