Order Fulfillment
Innovation RC works with a network of authorized manufacturers, distributors, and vendors to supply and fulfill products. Because of this, items will be shipped directly from third-party vendor warehouses rather than from an Innovation RC facility.
As a result, shipping origin, packaging, and carriers may vary depending on the vendor fulfilling your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to vendor handling time, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Multiple Shipments
Because products may ship from different vendor warehouses, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment when it becomes available.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

While Innovation RC works closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Innovation RC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances outside our control.
Backorders and Inventory Availability
Because Innovation RC sources products through third-party vendors and distributors, inventory levels may change without notice.
If an item becomes out of stock or backordered after an order has been placed, we may:

Ship the available items immediately and send the remaining items when they become available

Delay shipment until the full order can be fulfilled

Contact the customer to offer an alternative product or order modification

Cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund
Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Hazardous Materials and Battery Shipping
Some RC products, such as lithium polymer (LiPo) batteries and other rechargeable batteries, may be classified as hazardous materials for shipping.
Because of carrier safety regulations:

Certain battery products may require special shipping methods.

Some products may only ship via ground transportation.

Shipping to certain locations or countries may be restricted or unavailable.
These restrictions are determined by shipping carriers and regulatory agencies. Delivery times for these items may be longer due to handling requirements.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.
In some cases, the carrier may require additional time to locate the shipment before a resolution can be provided.
